Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using 30-30-30 V ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

Description of Service

30-30-30 V is a habit-tracking application designed to help users follow the 30-30-30 morning routine: consuming 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking, followed by 30 minutes of light movement. The App provides:

User Accounts

30-30-30 V does not require account creation. All your data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data.

Subscription Services

We offer premium subscription features with the following options:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

For refund requests, please contact Apple's App Store or Google Play Store directly, as they handle all payment processing.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Health Disclaimer

Important: 30-30-30 V is designed to help you track habits and is not intended to provide medical advice. The 30-30-30 routine is a general wellness suggestion and may not be appropriate for everyone.

Before starting any new diet or exercise routine, please consult with a healthcare professional. We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following the 30-30-30 routine or using this App.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
